Welcome to St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross. We are a Roman Catholic Parish that serves the northeastern part of Dearborn County, Indiana. Our church is located in Bright, Indiana which is just northwest of Cincinnati, Ohio. Our parish was founded in 2000 and we have quickly grown in size. Our hope is that this website helps not only our parishioners, but anyone who might be interested in learning more about the Catholic faith.
This weekend, Father Aaron is announcing that the Archbishop has asked him to become the pastor of St. Michael in Greenfield as well as the chaplain coordinator at Scecina High School. His last day with us is June 14th. We thank Father Aaron for all he has done for our parish and will continue to pray for him and our parish during this time.
For more information about this transition, please make sure you are subscribing to our parish emails. You can get on the list by sending an email to Beth at the parish office. firstname.lastname@example.org

NEXT SUMMER, July 22-August 1
World Youth Day (WYD) is a worldwide encounter with the Pope, along with millions of Catholics, which is typically celebrated every three years in a different country. WYD 2016 will be held in Krakow, Poland. St. Teresa Benedicta Parish, under the guidance of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis Office of Youth Ministry, will be participating in WYD for the first time ever! The pilgrimage is open to incoming juniors and seniors for the 2016-17 school year and young adults, age 18-25. Our 10 day pilgrimage will begin with a 3 day journey through Rome and finishing in Krakow, Poland for World Youth Day. Anticipated cost for the pilgrimage and WYD is $4500. Participants will be asked to pay a portion of the cost; we are also committed to assist through fundraising efforts, sponsorships, and parish assistance. There will be an informational meeting on May 20th and $300 commitment is needed by June 7 of this year. We Need Everyone From the Parish Involved! Three things need to happen now … Parents, teens, and young adults – begin to prayerfully consider how this pilgrimage can impact the faith journey of all who attend – and commit to join us! Contact Kim to get your name on the list of pilgrims! Parishioners – begin to pray for pilgrims from our parish community and discern how you can help make this experience happen for them – we will need help with fundraising efforts, prayer warriors, sponsors, etc. Everyone interested in going on the pilgrimage or supporting in any way – Mark your calendars now and plan to join us for an INFORMATIONAL MEETING – MAY 20TH, 630PM, IN THE PCC, following our Wednesday adoration, benediction and 6pm mass. All Saints parishioners and Fr. Meyer will also be joining us for this meeting.
